There is a flat rate of $100.00 for shipping of all furniture products to Calgary, and all points inbetween. Please call or email for delivery rates beyond the Calgary area.
All other small items will be shipped via cheapest method usually parcel post or by customer specified request. Shipping and Handling costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Taxes are not included in any prices shown.
All log furniture products manufactured by Brookstone Log Furniture are guaranteed for a period of one year from date of purchase against defects or breakage under normal usage due to faulty workmanship.
Warranty and Return Policy
Checking and cracking is a natural process of log furniture caused by humidity changes and the natural drying process. This does not mean that the product is inferior. The wood will stabilize over time.
